SideSwap is releasing version 1.9.2 of its wallet. It is a maintenance release with two bug fixes. We recommend that all users update.
What is fixed in 1.9.2
- Stale UTXO. The wallet could in some cases work from an outdated list of coins (UTXOs). 1.9.2 fixes this so balances and new transactions use the current state of the wallet.
- Jade signing. Fixes an issue when signing transactions with the Blockstream Jade hardware wallet.
Both fixes follow 1.9.1, released in August, which added unblinded UTXO management and descriptor export and fixed a case where some UTXOs could be missing from the wallet.
Availability
SideSwap 1.9.2 is available now on Android through Google Play and as APK files for direct install. Desktop builds for Windows, macOS and Linux are on GitHub and sideswap.io. The iOS version will follow.
Your wallet, keys and balances carry over when you update. Nothing else is required.
